# Day 3: How I am reversing Type 2 diabetes

Yesterday's fasting went smoothly. I made it a point to drink lots of water to stay hydrated. In the evening, around 8pm I felt like going to get a bite of food but held firm and never did.

This morning, I don't feel so much hungry. It is just like every other morning. I will start eating something at 12 noon today.

Schedule for the day will be as follows:

  • Continue Intermittent Fasting: That is starting eating at 12 noon and not eat after 8pm
  • Go shopping for low carb diet foods: Get more of cauliflower rice, lettuce, cabbage, carrots and explore other options. There are so much options here which I am very excited to explore 🙂
  • Today is my mum's birthday: Hmm... this is a special day so I might take a bite of her cake in celebration. ( not recommended but.... hey it is Mum's birthday!)

There is hope to reverse type 2 diabetes 🙂 don't despair!
