# Day 4 – How To Reverse Type 2 Diabetes

Hello Friends, I have decided to report back on my activities on the 'next days'. That is , if I do something today, I will write the update on it the following day. The reason is that, that will enable me capture everything I did the previous day. Because when I report early on the same day, I might be able to capture what I will be doing in the evenings and nights. Hope this will be able to allow me to let you know the complete picture.

What I did yesterday:
  • Smoothie: Yesterday, I had a smoothie around 12.30pm after breaking my intermittent fasting. The smoothie contained berries, banana, cucumber and grapes
  • Lunch: Launch was cauliflower rice and currie. I love cauliflower rice because it is one of the great alternatives for high carb foods. My foods had been heavily carbohydrates including white rice but this cauliflower gives me that alternative.
  • Purchase: I purchased 5kg of brown rice. Brown rice has a low carb compared to other rice like white rice, hence i want to have that as a low carb option to plain white rice.
  • Dinner: My dinner was the brown rice I bought. It was my first time of eating brown rice. I bought the basmati version. It is less starchy and felt a bit raw, but I did really enjoy it.
  • Water: I did not drink lots of water to my liking but I managed to drink one bottle of water
