I have not been able to report on my daily progress due to my commitments at my regular day job but I will summarize all of them here.
The main things I did in the last 2 weeks were
- doing my full fasting days on Tuesdays.
- Reducing carbs intake by eating more veggies and cauliflower-rice
- I bought a glucose level test kit from amazon to test my glucose level
- I also bought a body scale from amazon to check my weights.
Results:
These are the results I have had.
- My weight which was 80kg on June 12 , 2021 is now 78 kg, meaning I have lost 2kg from that date and 4kg in total within the 3 weeks of starting this journey
- When I received my glucose test kit on the 14 June 2021 and tested my fasting glucose level it was 7.8. When I tested 3 days after it reduced to 6.9 but when i tested this last Saturday 26th June it went up again to 7.4. I will need to keep up so i dont slack. So overall, the fasting glucose level has reduced by 0.4 in the 2 weeks.
This is early but the signs are good! Keep up and don't loose faith 🙂
